Hey! I'm Sara, a multidisciplinary creative studio of one (sometimes more). I'm a creative director and photographer with over a decade of experience across industries and platforms. I've been a photographer and studio artist since my teen years, and have since grown my practice into creative fields across industries, either working solo or bringing along a studio or production team where necessary. My background is in Psychology and Journalism, so no matter the project, I back my decision making with psychological research and strategic insight. What's important to me is showcasing how people deeply feel inside, and bringing desire to the surface. My values go beyond a high standard of aesthetics, but also sustainability, equity, accessibility, transparency, and often humor.
Most recently, I was the perma-lance Associate Creative Director at Warner Music Experience, developing and directing high level video, experiential, and digital concepts for Fortune 500 brands' commercial campaigns (like this one for Coca Cola). Previously, I was the Creative Director at obé Fitness, where I led a team throughout 2022 on a holistic brand identity refresh, while creative directing and producing the launch of dozens of new digital and e-commerce marketing and brand partnership campaigns (seen here).
In the meantime, I shoot photos for clients like TikTok and FEELD, work as a freelance retoucher for brands like Our Place and Artsy, build sculptures out of acrylic, and throw the occasional DIY party.
